Reed & Mackay is to purchase France-based TMC Frequent Flyer Travel Paris (FFTP).
The acquisition of FFTP caps a busy year for the London-based travel management firm.
CEO Fred Stratford said: “Following on from the launch of the international partnership in April and the investment in German-based TMC, Moll Travel, the acquisition of French TMC, Frequent Flyer Travel Paris creates further opportunities to deliver the extraordinary service we are known for.
“FFTP are an incredible business and we are delighted to join forces with them. The alignment between Reed & Mackay and FFTP will bring additional benefits to our clients, creating strength in our European offering as well as ensuring we continue to put the best technology in the hands of the best people in the industry around the world.”
FFTP offers an integrated geolocation service, which Reed & Mackay said would “offer a natural extension of the duty of care provision we provide”.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
