Kempinski Hotel Group will launch its latest hotel in Eastern Europe, in Yerevan in 2024.
Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan will open in Armenia next year.
The Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan will be part of a mixed-use development located in the downtown area of the capital and will offer 300 apartments with 50 extended stay suites, for those on longer business trips.
The hotel’s Residences will be available to buy as private apartments or be used by Kempinski as hotel inventory.
Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan will overlook a central open-air boulevard and plaza with a range of retail outlets, restaurants, bars, cafes and a market. Guests at the hotel can also enjoy the spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor rooftop pool and lounge.
The property has been developed by Renshin Urban Investments, a group of companies, involved in a broad scope of sectors, including renewable energy, telecoms, IT, and finance.
Northern European airline AirBaltic added a new route to Yerevan from Latvia’s Riga this summer.
Armenia borders Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Iran. Kempsinksi also has several other developments in the pipeline for Armenia's neighbour, Turkey.
